Someone just posted the pic on cadillacforums and I thought it was interesting.

Checked them out serge. They might be OEM, but those were refinished. Never seen that before and knowing the cap was "chrome ish" leads me to believe that they were indeed redone. Especially since those wheels are prone to pitting.
