Anyone know why this happens?

I was about to post that same thing as I learned today.....
I dont have time to fk around with diodes or resistors or capacitors...but thanks to everyone that replied.....I may go back to the stock bulbs though im not finding any info on which bulbs to get for the dome/map front lights and also for the middle and rear cargo lights....anyone?

Overhead console is 194, dome lights are 578.

I installed LED's in my 06 Yukon and haven't had any issues. They are bright as F. I used Auxito brand.

They are bright no matter if opening Door or just turning on map light?
Which lights did you make led?

I was going to recommend auxito they make good stuff but you have to get them from auxito as there are fakes out there
they have a shop online
and they are on ebay

Same with door open or map light. I did all the inside plus puddle lights.

Thank you guys i will check them out little while. Id definitely prefer les over incandescent….

Side question….. some lights are out on my dash….some work then like some of the buttons are not illuminated and i just noticed because i just bought this truck 2 days ago….
See pic below the dial for heat cool on passenger side is out as well as the 2 buttons on each side if temp display and the last button in bottom row which is rear defrost

So i just realized the lights on lleft sude of steering wheel are all out except for the 4wd section.
None of the headlight selector or done light switches or anything else there is illuminated.

Im assuming none if this is a fuse otherwise theyd all be out

Anyone have thoughts?
Possibly 1 bulb behind dash is out for each section?
Is that common?
Bulb numbers anyone?
