If that's from around where that dealer is (in Peoria, IL), the frame is probably rotted out.
I went and looked at it. It isnt in bad shape but, it has a few things against it.
1. It is a 95. For those that dont know about 95s, there were a odd year kinda like an obd 1.5. If the 4l60e crap the bed, you have to get a 95 only 4l60e to replace it, because of valvebody and wiring specific to the year.
2. Supposedly 30k miles. That means a lot of sitting. Go ahead start dailying that thing and it is going to die. Seals are going to shrink and leaks will emerge.

Sorry its nice but no more than 9000 nice.
It is actually worse than their sister dealer that wants 34k for a 92 2wd f150.

Man, that's wild. We're building an '89 2wd Stepside at work and going to ask $35k for it, but it's getting a fresh 383, fresh 700r4, FiTech, full body, paint, interior... It'll be a new truck.

Dealers are figuring out that most people that want a truck for work dont want 6 disc entertainment and all that bs. That a used truck with the basics will do and no cost 80 grand. So get the used truck and mark them at 40k .
