Anyone running E3 plugs?

I run the E3 plugs in my tahoe 2001 with 180,000 and in my 08 equinox i love the plug they do increase mpg i went from a sad 13 mpg to 15-16 mpg in the hoe and went from 19 in the nox to 22 mpg

I starters a thread about this awhile ago but I got shot down by the members.. After looking hard and long the ratings were less than 3/5 stars for our 5.3's so I went with ac delcos oem

I'm still deciding which ones to go with. My point of view at this point is new spark plugs no matter what the brand at 90k are going to be an improvement

You are most likely running a 6.0 liter and AWD, from the pic under his name, his truck doesn't look like a Denali, so there is a good chance he has a 4.8 or 5.3, and running in 2wd most of the time.
My 2006 Denali does get 16-17 on the highway if I am not speeding or traveling too many hills. Also, I just put in AC Delcos and so far my mileage seems like it might be 1-2 mpg better, but I am not done with the tank and mileage always varies anyway. My plugs were the originals with 98K on them, so I wouldn't be too surprised if anyone changed high mileage plugs for new and got a little increase in mpg.

Just my opinion.

Ha i have a 2005 5.3 yukon/2wd with a CAI and i get 12.9 mpg. but i need to get some new plug. im at 89k with stock plugs and wires. i was at 14.2 but the dealer reset my computer and i guess i was geting 12.9 all this time =/
