Yes people have, yes they are JUNK. They will be worse than your OEM headlights. People on here have had them and simply thrown them away

Do a search on here rand you'll see

That's what I assumed, they look nice but unless the projectors are good. It's not worth it. What about retro fitting a good projector into these headlights?
I want to have a different DTRL other than the low beam

I don't know if anyone has tried yet. The OEM Yukon headlights look so good with the projector in the middle of the headlight.

Not sure about the DRL

I might get something like these and swap out the projectors. It has what I want in a light and I can make it just as bright as I would in a Yukon headlight.
But it's hard to pass on factory quality these days . I need to do more research
Thanks!

I have had luck with my SPEC-D headlights. They plug right in but the halogens can be swapped out for after markets hid's (I am using a brand from amazon called Innovited), you just have to find a nice spot for the ballast to sit tightly. I have the only 2009 Yukon with HID's in my area, I've had other Yukon drivers flash me at times. Will post pictures. The whole set up was less than $300 all in (without counting the time spent going under the fender to release the headlight, long process but once you do it, next time is a piece of cake)

Agreed! I tried a few similar setups like this in the past and wound up getting a set from Blackflame Customs, which I happen to be selling. Depending on what you're looking to spend, these could be right for you! Below is the link to the exact build - I only used the setup for approximately 2 months, about 2500 miles total. Let me know if you're interested! Shoot me a pm if you're interested.
