Been waiting for a few days for an e-mail reply about the tune and my new truck. Very frustrating in today's world to not have/use/publish a phone number AND, not answer e-mail. Maybe it will get picked up here.

Our response time for emails is usually about 1-3 days due to the sheer volume we receive each day, and the fact that we read and respond to every email personally.

Which email address did you send it to? Also, did you happen to send more than one email with the same subject line?

Only send one email and let them respond. They way their email system works is in the order they receive them. So if you send another response. It bumps uou back to the bottom of the list.
I know the frustration, but justin, julie, and jenna will work with you every step of the way. Some of the best knowledge and service out there. They are also on multiple forums along with their website. Its a small but awesome crew.

give it time..if they left a phone number can you imagine the time it would take to get an answer due to the amount of people trying to call...you will get a reply back soon justin and jenna have some awesome customer service

I find it much faster to just PM one of the Blackbear people directly (Julie or Jenna) unless it's an inquiry that only Justin can answer. It's much faster and both of them can answer most questions :waytogo:
