I searched around and only seemed to find posts about these in the lifted section and I don’t think I saw anything negative except that they raise the truck more like 3” of you install them as they come when they advertise only a 2”. I’m currently lowered with knuckles so my front shocks and springs are still a stock ride height setup. I’m wondering if anyone else is using these setup for stock ride height? The only thing I think I’m worried about is if there will be enough travel.
I like my current setup, it’s great for around town and 1-2 hour trips, but I’d like something different for a 5+ hour trip. Something might be worn out again or got broken on the dirt roads, everything but the front shocks has been replaced on this truck. I want to say everything is about 4-5 years old so it is plausible something is worn again. I haven’t gotten there yet but new front Mag Ride shocks will cost the same as the Fox coilovers if I didn’t go with any of the remote reservoir models.
