Pref someone with a warranty and has DL3 option. Dealers cannot comprehend what im trying to accomplish with DL3 upgrade. I need someone to Install my Pass window sw to thier truck and take it to the dealer for me to be Programmed for power fold option and Puddle lights, when complete send me mine back, Ill pay you for your time. I just want to get these mirrors to work correctly and feel that i shouldnt have to pay 100 bucks each time only to tell me it cant be done. Which we all know thats BS and it can be done.

I have seen a couple of switches on Ebay that come programmed for this very reason.

ive bought one. Wasnt programmed and the other seller sent a email saying it was broken, returned payment but then said opps its not broken, Please resend payment.

I'm pretty tight with my local dealer (except for warranty on adding the blower to my 6.2, still gives the owner heartburn after replacing my trans once already). lemme get back to you after I talk to him tomorrow or the next day.

Sumo, PM me with the exact procedure you're trying to accomplish. Service guy wasn't clear on what I was asking based on this thread. I'm guessing you didn't have folding mirrors and are adding them and you're saying the switch on the passenger side needs to be programmed?? It's not in the BCM???
