Top Gun Custom 2.5" Level Kit Installed on Z71

I've searched here and using google and have yet to find anyone with a NNBS SUV running the Top Gun Custom 2.5" Level Kit. I know that the level kit of choice on here seems to be the CCM lift. Alot of people on the nnbs truck sites are suggesting this lift. Is anyone on here running it? With the CCM lift I wasnt sure if I would use the rear spacer or go bigger in the rear anyway.

Any opinions?

Well I went ahead and purchased the Top Gun Customz 2.5" level kit. Installation was very easy and only took 1 hour, although the directions are not 100% accurate as they use the same directions for 3 or 4 different sized NNBS lifts. Ride is ever so slightly firmer but nothing to worry about. Before and after measurements show exactly 2.5" of lift which puts my Tahoe at the same height ground to fender flare at the center of the wheel (38”). I like a little forward rake so I am going to install a 1-2” spacer in the rear. I am very happy with this setup so far. If anyone has a set of rear spacers that they want to sell let me know.

Looks good. Like you mentioned, I would get the rear spacer to bring it up in the rear. I think you need the rear about 1" higher than the front for the vehicle to appear level.

Thanks Stoltz
The tires are BFG All Terrain 285/65/18
The wheels are 18"x8.5"
Backspacing is 4.5" (i think)
offset is -6mm (i think)

Wheels were on the truck when i bought it and have since been discontinued. Basically i know theyre 18" (duh) and i believe they only came in 8.5" width at that diameter. I have read they have 4.5" backspacing on a few threads/forums/etc in my research. So using the offset chart I determined a -6mm offset

That information could be wrong, haven't measured myself, perhaps something i will do after work today...

i do not think that particular rear level will work on the ltz with autoride, i am not familiar with the intricacies of leveling with autoride vehicles, hopefully someone with experience will chime in for you, or you can start a thread titled along those lines and someone here will have good advice

I have been running the CCM 2.5/1 for 20k miles with no issues , my truck has a 1" max rake to it which is perfect for me . I want to go to a 285/65/18 tire . I like to use stock rims but think the offset/back space will work without rubbing

it wouldnt be tremendous amount of rubbing, but i'd say it still would rub a lil with wheels turned combined with flexing, i trimmed off the front fender valence, which eliminated all rub and (i think) looks cool
