Well basically just what the title asks. Are they hubcentric or do the wheel studs hold the weight?

Thank you sir.

Next question is... do aftermarket need to be hubcentric, or is it ok to go with regular ones?

hub centric wheels are always the better choice, let the hub support the weight, not the studs

I was wondering this same question today after thinking about the European cars I own and how they are hubcentric. I wonder if I can get hubcentric rings to fit my 22s

yes, check with a local wheel retailer and they should be able to order the correct rings.

After a few minutes of searching I found that my Dub wheels are already hubcentric.

That is necessarily true, wheels that fit different lug patterns many times are not hubcentric since different manufacturers and vehicles have different hub sizes there for they limit what the wheels will fit, thus why most aftermarket wheels are not hubcentric.

There are tons of different sized hub-centric rings. Just get the wheel inner diameter and hub outer diameter and search ebay. Try to get the aluminum ones. The plastic ones work fine but should be replaced if you ever take the wheels off for any reason.
