cant help with part#'s but that cant be to hard to figure out. just search ebay for what ever year and model you have and door locks. might find a whole kit with the ignition tumbler too. those are easy to change when you have a working key too. no programming needed for changing that part either.
im pretty sure if you re program the fobs you have it will clear out any old fobs that might be out in the wild. some cars, newer of course will tell you how many fobs are programed. reprogramming directions are in the owners manual. they can be found on line for free in a pdf form.
