Are there any OEM/aftermarket driver's grab handles ?

Well, after removing the running boards to repair the rocker panels, I now realize how much they were used. Every other door has a handle to help getting in, but not the drivers. I'm guessing that GM expected us to use the steering wheel, but I'd rather not.

Does anyone manufacture a grab handle that can be added to the A pillar or the overhead trim piece ? Could I get a passenger side handle and adapt it to work ?

Anyone try this modification ?

I know the feeling. It's bad enough to climb in on a lifted truck let alone on a steep incline or something. I wish there was an "oh shit" handle.
