Are There Any Plug & Play Devices to Alter Light Behavior - 2023 Yukon?

Nope, not trying to impersonate a police vehicle. My ‘23 Yukon Denali is on order and I’m wondering if there’s a way to add some of the functionality that I presently have on my Jeep using a Tazer device, which plugs into the OBD port. Specifically, on my Jeep I have programmed the brake lights to flash upon initial brake application, and I’ve set up the fog lights to remain on when high beams are activated (a help to my geezer eyes as I navigate rural, deer-infested roads).

I’ve been searching for something that would do this. It would also be nice if it could read/clear error codes. Is there anything on the market that has these functions?

The ONLY think I miss about my RAM was the Tazer plug-in to change a lot of the settings.

I just want to be able to keep my fogs on when high-beams are on too!

Are flashing brake lights legal?

I never like to do things that give law enforcement a reason to stop me.

P.S. Not arguing that it might make you more visible...just pointing out the laws.

Have you adjusted the exit lighting time in the personalization settings? 2min is the limit, but not sure if this affects the running boards or not; haven't changed it from default.

The Locator Lights (those that come on when unlock is pressed on remote or the door handle outside) only stay on about 30s, not adjustable...

But all this is off topic of the OP's post.

Even better, deploy the running board on the passenger side only. Those things are calf-scrapers for people who don't need them.

Another modification I like on the aftermarket program for my Ram is the ability to resume cruise control at 8 mph and set it for as low as 15. Handy in school zones.

I think GM has their ECMs locked on the newer vehicles, not even the dealers can access or change the computer settings. The new Corvette owners are waiting for someone to crack the code.
