armrest looks like it has 900k miles on it, its leather were is the best place to get a new one

try cleaning it with a magic eraser, probably a junk yard/ ebay

the seatshop.com -- these guys are great. I bought front leather seat bottoms from them too. Leather color matched perfectly.
