Auto headlites

05 yukon auto head lites turn off as soon as you put it in gear, anybody know this one?

Does it happen day and night?

yup, well only noticed during the day, I sleep at night

Headlights or running lights?

headlights, at least, didn't check the running lights

Might be doing what it’s supposed to. No headlight on in daytime. If you want to test it during the day cover the sensor on the dash with a towel then check again.
