One of the nicest trailering features I had on my late model LTZ was the rear air leveler that would raise the rear end of the truck while under a heavy load. I was a bit confused going into the '15 model if this feature would be retained on the LTZ trim since the "Magnetic Ride Control Suspension Package" had now taken the place of the "Air/Auto-Ride Suspension".
The Chevy site does mention that with the addition of the Max Trailering Package that the Auto Rear Air Leveler is included but only on the LS & LT trims. I do have the LTZ and do have the Max trailer package and thankfully I did get the Auto Rear Air Leveler. I hooked up my 5,000 lbs+ travel trailer this weekend and instantly heard the air pump kick on and my rear end raised up about 1" back to level.
I do know that the Denali has the air leveler and the max trailer package standard, but the question in my mind is does the LTZ come standard with the air leveler if you get it without the max trailer package?
