How do you make the sensor rods shorter without losing the threading?

haha ya sorry Tony... But thanks for all the help.

I bought a three foot long threaded rod from the hardware store and just cut it down to the lengths I needed to adjust the sensors, Just get a rod thats the same diamiter as the stock ones and it whould thread in fine. The stock rods arent threaded there splined so you just pull the ends straight off. im gonna try shorten mines today and see if I get any more drop out of it.

Your Yukon looks good, almost makes me want to go ahead and install the Beltech 2/3 kit that I have had for almost a year now sitting on the shelf, still kinda worried about ride quality and condition of the streets where I live. Your's does look outstanding...

My ride quality is great it rides almost like stock just maybe slightly stiffer but not very noticable, I havent gotten any lights as of yet and my auto ride still works. I hear the compressor kick on for a few seconds till it reaches minimun pressure then it stops doesent raise the truck up any. The auto dampening realy works well my truck rides way better than my friends 2010 yukon with belltech struts and shocks and we have the same amount of drop.
