I believe Arnott has a couple options. SK-2954 and SK-2806 will keep the Autoride function I think. The SK-2954 is the whole strut assembly with the spring mounted. SK-2806 is just the shock.

I don't believe this keeps the autoride function. From their product description:

Arnott's exclusive design includes a sensor which plugs into the electronic-damping system to eliminate dash panel error messages.

Personally, I've only found OEM as replacements if you want to keep everything.

Where would be the best place to find the front strut assemblies OEM ??
I have the Z55 susp option.. I don't want to "convert" anything,,, want all
the oem functions.

I got everything for my Z55 suspension from rockauto. The front shocks have their own codes, look at your RPO codes in the glovebox. The codes you are looking for are 6-- and 7-- on the rpo sticker. Mine is 6H3 and 7H3, yours may be the same or similar.

It looks like 5 bolts, and then take the assembly over to a spring compressor shop?? Is it that simple ?
Alignment required afterwards ??

That’s about it.

I would recommend getting an alignment done after any work is done to the suspension.

I've got the 6F1 and 7F1 codes.. So the delco # is 580432
I also found from their website that the Monroe is #40048
both quite expensive.. I was hoping to find the complete assembly avail
but only found the Arnott mentioned above and that doesn't really keep the
oem suspension functions

Found them on rockauto, not sure if they are part of their sale going on. They are also the same shocks I had to buy
