So, like alot of you ive been having a problem with the rear (aux) temperature controls. I finally took it apart after finding directions here. My issue is a little different then most of the others and I cant figure out what to do.
Turns out the the blend flap actuator moved a little too far and broke the blend flap connector. Aside from the actuator moving to far it works ok but i also think that the brains part it broken as well, because if I turn the temp for hot to cold or cold to hot the actuator doesn't move. I hooked it up to where the other actuator is and it moved fine.
So basically my problem is how to get the whole unit open to replace the flap AND where can I find a new flap, looked all over ebay and google, but eveything just comes up with the actuator, which I'm sure I will replace too anyway while im in there. Not sure what the main unit back there is but I need that too.
