Looks like @Countryboy07 pointed you to the right spot already, but basically, you tie into the xm setup behind the glove box. One suggestion that commonly gets overlooked... Use a jack that has separate through/out terminals. You will read about bleed and tuning to channel 0 and all that. If you get a jack that disconnects the "thru" signal when you plug into it, the issue is moot.
Would you mind linking or showing the type of jack you are talking about? I have only seen 1 type of mini jack from different sources. The cheapness, and lack of resilience out of the commonly found jack is a bummer. Thanks in advance.
