Backfire??

I am getting a strange sound or bump from under the car under WOT. Its almost like a backfire or a fuel cutoff feeling. Very strange. Its rare that I hit it hard, but I tried a few more times in order to see if it would happen again and it did but not as bad. Anyone have an idea about this?

Do you buy quality gas? Maybe run some 93 octane thru it and see if you notice a difference.

92 or 93 usually. never lower than that. Maybe its the quality.
