Backspacing and offset ? For 04 Z71 with leveling kit

First is available offsets and backspacing and second is wheel. What I want is not to stick out, flush would be ok. why is a 18x9 wheel offered in these and a 20x9 offered in a +0 backspacing? Thanks!
