I've been trying to install an aftermarket radio in my 04 Yukon Denali since my OE was stolen. I have the GMOS-04, but it is believed the amp isn't even turning on because the BCM has gone bad. Would this make sense? If so, is it worth it to replace the module given how old the car is? GM said it could not clear my service ride control because the module wasn't even responding so they couldn't run a diagnostic.
