Pads look fine but I'm getting a little bit of shudder when I brake. And every now and then a squeak from the passenger side.

2 choices: You replace the rotors or you get them turned (they put them on a lathe and machine them true again). Either way, the proper thing to do is also change the pads. You could probably get away with using them but they may be glazed as well and it's not worth it since pads are cheap (so are rotors really).
The shudder is from hot spots on the rotor. Nothing you can do besides what I described above. The squeaking is usually from pads that have been glazed a bit/overheated. It's time for a brake job basically. If you can live with it, it can be driven like that for a long time but it won't go away no matter what you try unless you replace.

I got all my brake pads replaced and had my rotors turned along with flushing the brake fluids and it cost like $350 from a shop in Denver.

350 aint that bad actually, well it also depends on what kind of brake pads they used. cuz I got the Hawk and they were 110 for fronts and like 90 for rear. I think.

I do all the work myself. I'll be picking up the parts today.
Parts house premium brand rotors and ceramic pad were around 200$ don't remember the brand

Our shop doesn't even turn the 07+ rotors anymore. They are too soft and warp so easily. I'd get some decent aftermarket rotors rather than the GM brand.
