banpass vs ported

Have been thinking of adding to my system soon! Called several Audio shops and was told that sealed will not have the sound that the ported box will.

Since, I am just looking for a good mild system I am going to soon add a Sealed box and new 2 channel amp!

well depends on what your looking for too...sealed has benefits, and downfalls comapred to ported, and vise versa.
