Alright I have no problem with the temperature, but on high it is barely blowing any hott air out...any ideas?

i removed mine plus a new t-stat and does it crank the heat now.Make sure the vacuum controlled valve, for turning the coolant on and off, is operating properly. Have someone turn the heat control up and down, while watching the control valve. The truck needs to be running to supply the vacuum.
It should be easy to find the valve. Passenger side along side the inside fender. Three hoses going in and out of it, plus the small vacuum hose.

i just disconnected it and put the lines straight into the heater core. i removed it cause it wasn't working.how did you remove it? and why?
