I recently installed an “Amazon Special” roof rack on my 2012 ‘hoe. This is the first year my family of 5 is rolling to the beach for a week of fishing and with the limited trunk space after the 3rd row was installed I need the basket to still be functional for luggage but need somewhere to haul my kayak. I’ve searched the forum, Amazon, YouTube, etc. to see if any company made something to attach a kayak holder to a roof rack basket not the cross bars of the roof rack itself and to my surprise no one has. I can’t be the first person to want to do this so I figured I’d ask you fine folks for tips, ideas, and/or pictures of yours!
