there seems to be an intermittent drain on my battery. Battery is new, everything will be fine then one day out of the blue my battery will be dead in the morning. I've had it in a repair shop for close to a month now. they have had a meter on it and cannot find a draw. We are suspecting something in the computer system. any suggestions? we've eliminated all of the obvious stuff, doors, lights, etc.

well obviously there is a draw and there always will be a parasitic one with battery connected. just not the kind that should kill it fast. so if the shop says they can't find it then i suspect they are not diagnosing it properly. in the mean time remove fuses for the 4wd-tcase if so equipped, aux power and accy buses to see if there is any difference. ensure your charging system is in proper order and if not looked at already the glove box switch assembly.
