Stumble out of gear? Could you elaborate? If you're talking about a clumsy downshift I didn't really experience that but I know the trans does take a period to "learn" the tune and Justin said to send it back with a log if I had any issues.

I depends on throttle input. on My first tune they held 1-2 for quite a while and then I asked Justin for a modified tune and which split the difference between the original tune and the stock tune. Now it's perfect.

i have run it 200+ miles to let it learn but it just gets worse.

Mention that to Justin, so he can look for it in the datalogs. Did you send him a new log?

Sent from a jelly bean.

man I dunno... my truck runs like a pissed off gorilla with my BBT. Enough torque in this 6.2 to break loose my heavy ass 22s and 35s. And I consider my tune a little on the mild side.

This has to be about my 6th tune I've had Justin do with my trucks since 06.. always spot on.

I hope you get the bugs worked out. I'm hoping to go with this tune someday as well, so I'm definitely taking notes on things. :birgits_tiredcoffee

Justin did my tune when he was in my area last year. We made several test runs & he tweeked my tune after each run. A "sport tune was not mentioned" I just let him set it up as he saw fit for more HP & ++. Justin did smooth out shift points + increase RPM limit. When I use the manual shift RPM will go to about 5900 before the computer shuts the fuel off. Stock was about 5100-5200.

Over all very happy with BBP & I had the best Superchips made ($600) & it SUCKED!!! The shift points hit so hard something was bound to break eventually. You gotta use premium-MPG increased a few (17 &12).

VEry important!! Justin had to completely remove my previously installed Superchips tune, which took about 1/2 hour.

Sold that SC on CL for $200.

Yes that was the issue I had as well my previous superchip tune left things in there even after flashed back to stock. Justin worked that out with me and we have been dialing it in.
