Well its been awhile since ive been on here was doing a random google search for something for my yukon and found the site again lol. Anyway my yukon has had a couple of updates but not much. It now has a set of stainless longtubes and ory 3in exhaust with a 14in magnaflow with dual 2 1/2 outlets in the stock location but tucked. i have a Lunati 221/221 .588/.588 114lsa cam that will be going in this spring. I hope ill be able to throw in a built 4l60e and a good converter sometime in 2012 also most likely ill be going with a circle D modified tb converter something in the 2600-3000 range. Im gona have to update the rear sometime but stuck on if i wanna stay with 3.73s or go to 4.10s or even 4.30s. well here are some pics and a exhaust video.

p.s. been told it sounds like a slightly muffled nascar! lol

yeah ive already destroyed one govlock unit about 2 years ago i stuck a used govlock back in with my original gears. when the original unit went it chiped the ring rear on one tooth at the very tip and the guy who put the new unit in for me took a die grinder to it to smooth out the break and it makes a very faint sound at slow speeds like 5-15mph which you cant hear anymore since the headers lol. knock on wood its holding up but i know once the built trans and stall go in ill be launching it from a dig so ill want to upgrade. my biggest concern is getting the front diff done. not alot of shops around me that work on the newer trucks and i want it done right but not be ripped off. its clean but it shows some wear here and there i just tripped 100k on it in june i take it on the beach every summer and drive it through whatever we get in the winter lol.

Id say go with the 430s if they make them for your app. Going from 373s to 410s probably wont do you much. Unless you go alot of highway then maybe your better off staying at 410/373

Sounds good and nice truck. I think you either need some big tires or to lower it. Seems like you have a weird stance/setup going on

Its sitting at stock ride height my plans were a 2/3 drop but I worry now about if I drop it how it will do when we take it out on the beach some places the sand gets kinda deep. Another fear is I always heard of some having fitmemt issues with these longtubes in 4x4 setups one of my primarys was slightly touching the pinion yoke under hard bumps and weird turns like the first day or two I put them on but it has since cleranced itself and no more issues lol. Have thought about slightly trimming the rear coils to slightly drop it enough to make it level. The headers are more or less the obx headers but a seller on ebay is selling them as a no name brand I got the headers and y pipe shipped to my door for around $300. I've gotta go back through and tighten my band clamps on my y pipe I have some leaks when its cold. I don't do a lot of interstate running I live a mile from work literaly we go to the beach in it once a year which is about 250-300miles one way running at 2k at 70 and I shit you not I've backed it up through many tank fill ups we average 25-26hwy going to the beach and 22-24 comming home. Amaving what a intake tune and a full exhaust will do.
