Best brakes for towing?

2011 Yukon, 104k miles. Does have airlift bags in the rear.

Front pads need to be replaced. Going to attempt to do it myself. I tow a 6000 lb boat so might as well put on some new rotors. Looking for some affordable pads and rotors to assist while braking when towing. Don't want to break the bank. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I use my Yukon primarily for towing our travel trailer, so after too much research and debate I ended up going with the Bendix Fleet MetLok line of rotors and pads. They were priced well (under $300 total for all four corners), seem well reviewed, and designed specifically for what I am asking them to do. I'm planning to install them over the long Thanksgiving weekend, so I can't say yet if they live up to all my expectations. I know they will likely be dustier than the stock setup, but I'm willing to trade it off more stopping grip.

I choose the AC Delco Slotted Performance/ Fleet disc in the front and AC Delco Performance rear rotors combined with Hawk HD pads front and rear for my setup.

Raybestos makes a copy of the front design, but they were more expensive and the vane design of the AC Delco fronts are different for better heat dissipation.

Once beded, they stop! They do have a little squeal upon first tapping the brake occasionally.
