what is the best lift kit to get maximum clearance? I don't really agree with differential drops. I want the most clearance possible and longer cv axles with high angle joints.

Are you trying to get bigger tires?

Not just bigger tires but an overall good high performing suspension lift system. Capable of being more that just a mall crawler but an actual good performing off-road rig.

There really isn't anything over a 6 inch suspension lift for the older ones so that'll be about as high as you could go with the suspension but if you want more than 6 inches you could add a 3inch body lift. If you have a budget then I'd probably go with rough country but if price doesn't matter then go with something like pro comp or bds

Also with a 6 inch lift you could easily clear 35s and if you add a 3 inch body lift with the 6 inch suspension lift you could clear 37s

Most quality lifts are going to have differential drops because it is the best way to lift an IFS vehicle. Not sure on this body style but you can get NTD lifts but it will still drop the diff or at least should. If you really want clearance then you could straight axle the front and try to find/make an indexing ring which may work on a 6" lift but not really sure.

What is the benefit of a NTD suspension?

You do not have the torsion bars hanging down. I tried to find decent pictures but you may have to google it to get a better understanding than I can give.
