Any suggestions to buy replica wheels? Are certain brands better than others?

I think I would like to go with the 4738 in black although I really like the 4740 in the factory silver/chrome or all chrome.

Anyone every buy replicas from Discount Tire? They have the black 4738's with black lugs for like under $850 with free shipping! Seems too good to be true.

Any suggestions are appreciated!

I believe tony (norcalss) can get any replica you want and will beat anyone’s price

Though I have purchased Marcellino wheels in the past with good results, they were heavy as hell but that could also be because they were 24 inch replicas. And I managed to crack one and bend at least two of them, so I’ve been through a few sets. We have bad streets around here, and I don’t drive slow.

What are brand name replicas? Can you name a few so I know what to look for? Here in NY there are pot holes that can swallow a smart car! Not dealing with bent rims on a weekly basis.

I bent a "Marinello wheel" which I believe was sued so they changed their name to "Marcellino wheels". Bent those too and cracked one. They were sold through CPW or California chrome wheels off ebay. My local rim shop went through factory replica's and was able to get me a replacement 24 which visually looked the same from the outside, but the hole/tunnel for the lugs were significantly tighter, which required me to use a thin wall socket to tighten (impact sockets wouldn't fit but would with the others). I still have the replicas on, though after 7 years they have some vibration (Which will not be resolved with weights). Probably bent/out of round issue, but that's no longer my daily driver.

I'm thinking of taking the 22's off my new escalade and putting it on my old one and buying a set of aftermarket 24's of my new one.

Voxx any good?

Never heard of them, but honestly I would PM Tony, I emailed him the other day about replica's and he said that the brand he carries doesn't tend to have the balancing issues that other cheaper knockoff's will. And his price was competitive.

If you can get the 22's from Discount tire for $850, that's a steal! The replicas on Ebay are $1049 and OEM's are $1800.

Streest, what is the warranty like from Discount. Also do they have a special warranty you can buy for bent rims like the Dealers offer.
