Best place/variety of exhaust tips?

Im having trouble finding a black 3'' exhaust tip for my truck, my buddys uncle's shop who did it only had stainless and chrome. Ive looked into rbp they seem to mainly have 4'' and 5''. They have a weird looking 3'' to 4'' adapter. I just wanted 3'' in to 3'' out, no black chrome.

I just talked to the guys at summitracing on the phone. they had no luck also. I think my best bet is to get a stainless steel one and get it powdercoated. I had a question though, can you still weld a tip on the exhaust pipe if the tip is powdercoated?

You could just paint the tip with high temp black paint too.

You would have to scrap off the powdercoating to weld to it. Also you might want to look into some "black chrome" tips. My buddy who does exhaust has a couple..ill ask him where he got them.
