Best source for Escalade Appliques?

So i have been searching and reading threads and am now ready to put some OEM esky tails on my 2011 Denali XL (black) but need to get the appliqués as well.

Couple questions.

I found GM part numbers
Quarter Panel Reveal Molding - 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV (25970601)
Quarter Panel Reveal Molding - 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV (25970600)
Are they actually called "Appliques" or "Quarter Panel Reveal Molding", or is appliqué just what we call them here in the forums?

Either way can someone point me in the direction of a reliable source for such?
I assume if i buy them brand new they come unpainted.

If ebay is the source then what should i set a search filter for?
