There is a rare fascia panel from the factory that only has the cutout on the passenger side, you can buy that and install only 1 passenger side hook. You can also use your original fascia and cut 1 hole for the passenger hook, or you can buy the 2 hole fascia and only install the 1 passenger side tow hook. Apparently the adaptive cruise sensing module sits right in front of where the driver side tow hook mounts.

The chrome sections are held on with clips that must be pried and also clips that must be removed from the backside. Additionally, the chrome bezels are mounted BEHIND the large center black plastic bezel too.
