best spark plug?

ive heard e3 and ngk but anyone out there feel differently or run anything they feel has made a significant change?

AC Delco? just saying seems like they would be your best bet. Maybe an upgraded delco plug but do not steer away to some gimic plug from Bosch etc.

I've always used AC Delco and been very happy with them. With that said, I've heard nothing bad about NGK.

If not I just order mine from Rock Auto. After the 5% discount and AC Delco mail in rebate I'm only out $26 shipped to my door. Can't get much cheaper than that! They are a vendor here and have a discount code for TYF. Just check their vendor area.
