I am looking at getting the ccm lift 2.5/1 lift kit for my 2007 Z71 Tahoe. What would be the best tire size to run that would avoid any trimming? I dont want to be cutting off anything at all. I am going to be using a set of 20" LTZ rims. If i have to stick with the stock 275/55/20 thats fine but i was a little worried that would look a little small in the wheel well after the lift. Thanks for the feedback!

I think I am going to go with a 275-60/20 for mine. It is an inch taller than the stock 275-55/20's. There shouldn't be any issues there. I am kinda leaning towards the ReadyLift front only kit too. The CCM looks great, but I don't want to get too carried away, cause the LTZ rides so good now!

That is the size i was going to go with too. I think that would be the perfect setup. I am torn between lifting the front only or doing the CCM as well. I think i will like the CCM a little better.

I did the ready lift originally but got frustrated with rubbing and hitting ruts at the ranch so I moved to the truxx (same as ccm kit) leveling kit. It's a 2.5 f 1.5r I'm running 285 km2's with no rubbing. For deciding what tire you first have to decide if you want an aggressive mud terrain or a more mild all terrain.

Irun 275/60R20 for a while with just the front leveled and then I switched to the CCM kit with the front and rear and put 305/55. Looks 100 times better IMO. Go with 305's.

SW CT,
I would say to go with 305's also, but I think that these trucks look great with a nice wide tire under them...even if you don't want the height of a 305/55/20 go with a 305/50/20.

The first picture is Nitto TG 275/60R20 and the second one is Michelin M/S 275/60R20 both with just the front leveled.
