Best valve cover gaskets 350 TBI

What are the best valve cover gaskets for a 350 TBI? I am gonna get Felpro see they make a rubber set and a cork/metal set, which is better?

rubber. they have raised lips on them that seal like o-rings.

Thanks, and do you need to apply some kinda of sealant to both sides of the gasket?

No sealant at all.

If you spray them with some pam or other cooking spray they will most likely be reusable in the future if you take care of them. I've had the same set for years in another car.
