Best way to fix wear marks on center console lid?

Here is what my center console is doing, what fixes do you know of that you recommend? It is starting to mess with my shirts.

I'm not sure there is a way to repair leather other than replacing it. I've seen dealers redye leather bit that will just color it black again.

Once leather cracks, im not sure theres much else you can do besides reupholster it. Though ive seen big tears in leather glued back.

One of my dogs did some damage to my wife's leather in her car. I was able to make it alot less noticable with a black marker and some supper glue. For me, I'd have to get it replaced but she was very happy with the fix. Give it a try. Steady hand , small smounts of glue. good luck.
