Best way to put the engine back in the 07 Tahoe

I didn't pull the motor out but looks like I'm putting the motor back in the 2007 Tahoe. My son pulled the trans out, using the 4-post lift. He then pulled the heads and lastly he pulled out the short block.

Can the engine be installed a better way? I would love to put everything on the motor before installing.

Yes, but you need an engine hoist. It will go in from the front with the hood off, no problem.
