im wanting to do a stereo install in my 05 tahoe. i have a jl audio 1000/1 slash series amp. it requires 0 ga wiring to it. i know 0 gauge is bigger than the factory wire from battery and alternator. so i realize ill need to do the big 3 upgrade. ive never done this before, and dont exactly know what wires go where. has anyone done this, and has pictures, or tips on what wires go where, and how to attach these. any input would be appreciated. i want to do it right the first time, and dont wanna smoke my truck, or amp.
