thanks man , Id like to think so , the motor swap is possible but I may end up going to a 6.0 after talking with a vendor about part availability in the future , Not sure yet , Trying not to think about it too much since me and the wife are house hunting my expenses for now are tied up .

Yeah that's more important. Happy Wife = Happy Life, at least that's what my father lives by.

Would love be to see your truck in that blue.......

x2 Wife says its my B-day present :happy107: but thats in december :sad72:

Well is this better Yates?
sorry for the Dirty truck but ,
Got it pretty much all welded up besides the mounts for the hi lift and a few other secret :evil27: add ons , Its painted flat black for the moment because the mounts aren't done so its just ratchet strapped for the time being ran out of daylight. Mounts should be done up in the next 2-3 days along with a gloss black finish . I like it personally , some teasers until its finished

Update :
Ok so I FINALLY got my end caps for the Roof rack today Took them 2 weeks to get here for a $2.00 each plastic part sheesh…

anyways haven't had much time to actually get anything but parts for the truck lately. Only time enough for a tune up and misc crap to get it ready for Rausch Creek again in september .

Acquired tools and or parts :

Roof Rack finishing
Plastic End caps ---to dress up those ugly square holes
4 Cans of gloss black paint
14 Grade 8 Bolts (mounting)
1x1 steel plate (mounting)
Hi-Lift Mounts (No Hi-Lift) :laughing1:

Project Classified

Hobart stick welder (would love mig but at $1600 screw dat)
3 packs of sticks (for welder)
25 feet of Round steel tubing 1.75 x .120 wall
Still need another 25 Feet or so haven't got the specifics due to human Errors when Fabricating…. to be continued

Bumper/Grill Guard/ Stinger

Uhm Ran out of money so heres the "ROUGH DRAFT" still need CAD software with some changes to be made but you get the idea .
Image001_zps73848c2d.jpg

Other than that I still need a Pipe Bender that won't Crinkle Pipe when bent, and those cost BANK so I might have to get something cheaper and just make due since after all this is a trail/toy
Also in the market for a ??steel plate bender?? I know it has a name just can't remember it However I might just have a shop do this since the cost vs how much I will use it won't outweigh the negative .
