you are going to have to move a few things around but its possible
the 1400 is the direct replacement for the stock battery

I didn't think I could get away with a 1400 for replacing the stock? I'm doing a 1400 layed on its side on the passenger side soon as a secondary under the hood.

I have a 1800 in the factory spot, but she was too tall to stand up so I had to lay her down
you can see in the pics that the facory is moved to the passenger side, and my big sprinter batts are in the back for a total of 4 batteries. heres some pics

I'd like to stuff my 2400 under the hood but it looks pretty damn tight.

you have to move the PCM over
people have done the PowerMaster D3100 but you have to move some things to get it to work

I tried to get my 1400 on the passenger side but I would have to leave out the fender support or lay it on its side and risk shorting it on the A/C line

Fuuuck I guess under the back seat is gonna do then, just gotta figure out how to run the isolator and such I already have 1/0 hyperflex running to the back. I'm tempted to sell the kinetik to a friend and buy another yellowtop for the passenger side on a diesel tray.

DO NOT buy an isolator or if you did DO NOT use it
please take my advice

I had one for a while and was wondering why my voltage was so bad at times until I turned my truck off and did some tests.

had my 1400 under my seat in the back and tested its voltage after the truck had been off and it was at like 10.9 volts then I check the front battery and its resting at like 12.2v

took the stupid thing out and both batteries rested at 12.4v

Just run them in series then? I'll run a dope ass ground for the kinetik for the backseat tomorrow if that is the case.
