to answer your question, any lift will alter the suspension to some point unless you lower all the control arm mounts and steering gear

I found your question while searching for the same info!!! I too am trying to find more feedback about this. Everyone seems to like spacers and keys around here. I just want to know if the quality of ride is improved over keys.

You said it yourself... spacers AND keys.

If anything, ride quality is marginally worse than stock, unless you upgrade your shocks at the same time. Bilstein's are the most popular, I've got KYB's....

When you ordered your shocks what were the specs for them? I think I'm going to stick with the WnP lift kit since it's the same lift but a little cheaper, this truck is supposed to be my budget build after all

I went expensive. I got Bilstein 5100s for all 4 corners but you can get shock relocators for the rear, and extenders for the front as well.

How do you decide what lift height to put in for the shocks? You're lifted 3" up front and 3" in back so you'd choose 3" all around for the bilsteins then correct?
