Bilstein 5100

What is the correct Bilstein 5100 part # for front and rear for a 2003 tahoe with a 2" leveling kit? Is it BE5-C153-H0 for the front, and BE5-D147-H0 for the rear?

The Bilstein website lists a BE5-D147-H0 for a 0-1" rear lift (k1500). I've read on other forums that the 6682 is for a Dodge Ram 0-2" rear lift, but I plan on leaving my rear stock because I'm trying to eliminate the front rake. Are the D147 and 6682 interchangeable of I don't plan to add any spacers to the rear?
