Bilstein- Need some opinions

I'm going to put on a new set of Bilsteins. Right now I have Bilstein heavy duty shocks and I was thinking of changing over to the Bilstein comfort. 99% of my driving is city and highway occasionally with the truck loaded. I also have Air Lift's "Ride Control" air bag helper springs.
Basically I'm just looking for a bit of a less jarring ride.
Does anyone have the comfort shocks? How do you like them?
