Its complicated....

Grind away the rust
Wire brush the same area to get the corner where I couldn't get the dremel in.
Spray with PB blaster
Propane torch to the spring seat
Spray with PB
Torch
Then put a piece of pipe over the stem end of the shock and beat on it with the spring seat sitting on two 2x4s, that are sitting over the hole in a cinder block.

Looks good. What size tires? did you happen to measure the fender heights? I put mine on the third clip with my ruff country lower spacers and a 1.5" spacer in the back. It still has the same 275/60r20 good years and stock sat at f36/r38 now it's 39.25 front and rear but it seems to vary 1/4 of an inch from time to time

They are 305/55, I didn't measure before hand but I wrote the measurements down somewhere. I think I was about 0.75" higher in the back before the 5100s.
