Bilstein rear shocks

Hey you guys that are running the bilstein shocks in the rear do you have to use shock extenders with them? What the heck whats your guys opinion for the best rear shocks and please include if you have to run shock extenders or not. Thanks guys!

Lowered 6" and use 21.5" long bilstein 5100s with belltech shock extensions.

found some qa1 adjustable shocks 16" extended that say there perfect for a tahoe lowered 6" in the rear. Anybody know how these might ride?

Belltech 5305 5" coils with Bilstein shocks and shock extenders. On my Yukon XL it isn't exactly what I want so I ordered helper bags to finish it off.
