I am curious about other people's experiences with BB performance...

I inquired last Thurs about tune options for my Tahoe. I didn't receive a response from them until Saturday informing me of my options and how to go about getting the military discount. I replied same day that I wanted the autocal and provided my Paypal account info. I got a response Monday with the link to PayPal to make the payment and paid as quick as I could click on the link. I still have not received confirmation...even after inquiring yesterday about order status.

Am I being "nit-picky" or would that bother anyone else?

Just curious if this is the level of service I can expect down the road when I need/want a new tune.

Nothing to worry about... they usually are really busy and takes a couple of days to respond. A quick way to get ahold of them is to PM jenna on here and she gets back to you pretty quick.

It took a total of about a week to get everything for my autocal and to recieve the tune and everything.

I wouldn't worry about them, they always come through.

^^^ This I am as well military , I got the In person tune and they where on top of their game, they are reliable .

There are many of us here that have BB tunes and me myself being one. They can get busy but you dont have to worry. They are legit and well worth the money

I have done both in person tune...and recently purchased an Autocal. The Autocal came in 2 days from CA to TN. The tunes came almost as fast. They are pretty busy and when Justin is traveling it slows things just a bit. He still sent me my in-person tunes from last year while he was on a tuning trip. Just be patient and understand that they are busy because they are GOOD!

BB is a very reputable company and are usually very busy. Like others have stated-they will get back to you. I had an in-person tune done with Justin and it was a great experience.....

Justin was on a tuning trip last weekend, hence the lack of email response. Multiple emails will also cause an increase in response time. We do try to take some time off on the weekends, but that is just depending on timing. We receive hundreds of emails daily, so it does take some time to wade through them.

As far as your AutoCal purchase, Justin got home on Monday night, but you should have shipping info by now for your order.

Thanks for all the input...I just received confirmation. Patience is a virtue I never matered.

good to hear all of the good things about BB I on the fence about getting the autocal myself but it seems like a lot of people are running with them
